Ouch...way too small
June 9, 2019I was lucky to purchase the gold in size 6 (I am size 5 1/2) on sale so I didn't spend a lot of money on this shoe. I haven't worn them to the beach as yet but I am hoping that the tight fit would balance out in the water. I wore them once to go for a quick drive and not again since then. I would recommend going up one full size because there is absolutely no stretch in the top band at the back of the shoe. I had to wear them with the back crushed down like an open back shoe, it was just too painful to wear as intended. I would still recommend this shoe if you are looking for a stylish looking beach shoe just make sure to go up at least one size.

Not quite sure yet...
May 21, 2019These are very cute on and hopefully will perform as stated. The issue I'm having at the moment, is the left heel digs into my achilles and is rather irritating. When I slide my finger behind my heel, it feels like it digs in even that way, almost "sharper" than on the right, is the best way I can describe it and doesn't have the stretch or 'give' that the right heel has. It feels like a flaw in the left shoe, as the right shoe is comfy with no issue. I'm hoping maybe it needs to get broken in a little? Otherwise, this will be a pricey, disappointing mistake....fingers crossed as I'm wearing them for the 1st time today
