Navy leather d'Orsay flats with satin knot

After 18+ years of classical ballet training in pointe shoes, my feet have just enough of a bunion bone to make finding flat shoes (anything other than tennis shoes!) nearly impossible. However, J.Crew has consistently been my go to because their d'Orsay styles always fit perfectly and don't leave me with painfully numb feet at the end of the day/night. These are a classic cut and classic navy with the cleanest satin knot to provide the best contrast. They are a staple, yet one of a kind at the same time. Keep working your magic, J.Crew. Love these shoes. Wish they made them in other leather colors.

Fit true to size. Will probably work fine for most foot widths. My foot is on the narrow side and I can walk in these without my heels coming out. The satin detail adds a dressy feel. For some reason, my left side shoe runs smaller in the toe than my right side, even though this is my smaller foot. I may exchange these for a different pair to see if that resolves the issue.
