The perfect weater
May 11, 2020I bought the grey, and loved it so much I bought the other 2 colors offered, the quartz is a pale mint. I live in the South and this is a perfect winter sweater for our cold but sunny days, worn with an appropriate under layer there's no need for a coat.

Just what I was looking for!
August 9, 2019I'd been waxing nostalgic for my old rollneck sweaters and was elated to see this make a comeback! The cotton versions don't look like I remember as there is ribbing at the cuffs and hem, but this one is just like I remember! Thick and soft merino feels great and is high quality. Plus, buying in the summer, I was able to get it at an excellent price. I wish the royal blue had been available in my size, but I'm happy with the gray. Hoping to see more colors come out this fall! Also, a cashmere version (sans ribbed cuff and hem again) would be a dream come true.

Classic
August 1, 2019I purchased this sweater in the gray color and the quality is top notch. It’s thick wool and roomy enough to wear another layer underneath, which you might want to do because it’s scratchy. It’s a classic sweater that will look great with jeans in the fall.

classic and warm
May 10, 2019This sweater has a nice thickness and very warm, perfect for the perpetual 55oF weather in San Francisco. its classic style goes well with everything. I am 5'4" 110 lb and find the regular small just a bit on the loose side in both width and length. Still love it and wear it often to work and on weekends.

Perfect Spring Transition Piece
April 25, 2019The example given in the text box for this review title was “Perfect Spring Transition Piece,” and I had to leave it there because it’s so true. It’s a wonderful medium weight sweater in such a lovely fresh color (heather quartz grey, which does have a minty hue to it) that it’s ideal for those early days of Spring when it’s still a little chilly, and maybe a little damp, but the world is starting to wake up. I love to pair it with my oyster grey Point Sur crinkled maxi skirt for an easy, comfy, but still stylish everyday look. The fiber is soft, and so far it hasn’t pilled much at all. I sized up to Large for a relaxed fit, and it doesn’t look too bulky. This has quickly become one of my favorite sweaters—so much so that I actually just ordered a second one in oyster grey and white stripe!
