Are all J.Crew stores still closed? When will they open?
We’ve decided to close all J.Crew and J.Crew Factory retail stores until further notice based on guidance from government officials as well as our desire to do our part to protect and care for our associates, customers and the public health. We will continue to update our customers of any changes.

Is jcrew.com still open?
We remain open 24/7 so you can shop at jcrew.com—our customer service team is ready to help with any and all questions via phone, email and chat. Email help@jcrew.com, chat us (7am–11:59pm ET) or call us seven days a week at 800 562 0258.

Should I expect a delay with my order?
You may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for the teams in our distribution centers, and this may temporarily slow down processing.

Will your return policy change?
We’ve extended the return policy to 60 days for all orders from March 1st and on. You can send us an email, and we can assist.

Are your shipping facilities still open? How are you keeping your employees safe there?
Our shipping facility is still open. In addition to following CDC guidelines and regular deep cleanings, our team is wiping down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant. We have been practicing social distancing by reducing the number of people in the facility through shifts and dividing breaks across teams. We’re also maintaining six feet between workstations at all times. For any team members who may be sick or feeling ill, we are encouraging them to stay home and extending sick leave as applicable.
