Rivington topcoat in Italian wool blend
everything you wear with it, whether that's a suit, denim or chinos. We made this one with a soft, sturdy wool blend from Italy's Manifattura Tessile Risaliti mill (est. 1986). It features a relaxed fit and flap pockets to store your essentials. With a smooth lining, it's easy to put on and take off—not that you'll ever want to take it off.

Fairly lightweight topcoat
May 26, 2025A thought on the color to keep in mind - this is not a true tan and instead has a heather to it as indicated. Easy to overlook if you're just looking at the pictures. Personally love the added heather. Order your normal suit jacket size. It naturally fits bigger to accomodate your suit and act as a true topcoat

Great cashmere/wool blend coat
May 23, 2025Luv this trench coat. Has 10% cashmere so it's very soft n warm. Not too thick. Luv the longer length of over the knee. Got lots of compliments. Classy color. Roomy to wear a suit underneath!

High Quality Topcoat
May 17, 2025This is a very high quality topcoat at a good price when it is on sales. I purchased size 40S and it is a little oversized, but it is perfect when I need to layer with sweater underneath.

terribly wrinkled
April 4, 2025The coat is nice though longer than last year's version but something i could live with. The issue I have is with the packaging - I don't know who trains this people but they need serious retraining because the coat is so wrinkled that i doubt any amount of steaming will help. how jcrew thinks is ok to send a supposedly 500 dollar coat in such a shape is forever going to be beyond my comprehension.
