Exactly as the pic and I’m usually a size 7, I don’t think they run big as I ordered 7Med and it fits perfectly, could get 7.5 if I wanted extra space.

I had read all the reviews before ordering. I am grateful to the reviewer who emphasized that these shoes fit true to size. I am so happy, I haven’t sized down. I ordered 7.5 as I usually do with all my J Crew shoes. Some of my J. Crew flats are size 8 and if I ordered this pair in 8, it would still be wearable, just a little more room in the toe area. Overall, I love the style and they have more cushion than converse. Very satisfied with this purchase.
