Wallace & Barnes flight bomber jacket

I bought this jacket at a great price. The material is great. Not too thick so I could wear it in early fall and spring. I read some reviews that it ran large, so I order a size down. Usually wear small in jackets, went with xs. Really good jacket. I also like it because it doesn't have that zipper pocket on the arms. I just think those look silly.

Received jacket today and while it looks good, there's barely any room at the chest, which makes it look really weird when zipped up. I usually wear size small for most Jcrew/Wallace items, but this one will have to go back unfortunately. For reference, I usually wear jackets size 38/s. If it fit better however, I'd definitely recommend it as it looks really nice.

I ordered this bomber in olive and it is a great and versatile piece. I typically wear it between the temperature range of 35-55 degrees. Normally, I wear a size medium and 38 in my jackets (5'8" and 160lbs), however, I sized down and got a small in this jacket for a more fitted and tight look that, in my opinion, looks better for the bomber-style jackets. I am still able to wear a thin sweater underneath, although this gets slightly tight. In short, this jacket is true to size and I would recommend taking your normal size if you plan on wearing this jacket normally, with a sweater or a few layers. This is a great piece that is well-constructed, where I can see myself wearing this for many upcoming seasons, and can be worn through spring, fall, and winter.

Purchased for a trip to Park City/Salt Lake City have worn it for a cold snap here in Dallas and seems as if it will be great for an active trip in the snow covered Wasatch Mountains of Utah.

My husband loves this jacket! The jacket looks great with a hoodie under it too.
