September 2, 2020Got these for my hubby who is 5'10" and always a M. They fit as expected and he likes them. There is a little loop on the side that we hang them dry from, though I don't know if there was supposed to be a different purpose for it because it is very small. He's only used them for a few weeks now so I cannot speak to longevity.

July 29, 2020These trunks fit true to size. Swam in the Atlantic the day after getting these in the mail. They didn’t come loose after getting hit by the waves looked great on me at the seafood restaurant we stopped at afterwards. Love the navy blue color.

May 31, 2020I am very pleased with the fit and style of these shorts. I am 5'8" with muscular legs and could only "find too short or too long"until i found these from jcrew. they are very comfortable just to lounge in while running errands around town too. Heads up, the material "hugs" and gets stretchy when wet but still super functional, comfortable, stylish for the win!

why a button down with swimming trunks?
May 3, 2020Great trunks, great fit and durability but why does the guy in the photos online wear a button down? Who in the heck goes to the beach,pool or swimming hole wearing a button down except in the Hamptons? Why don't you advertise this excellent product to appeal to the masses?
