9'' demi-boot crop jean in Rocky Shore wash

No idea why people say it runs small… took my regular J. Crew size and it was perfect with lots of stretch. 5’4” 126 lbs size 26P

I read everyone else's reviews and ordered a size up and tall. I'm 5'6" and 137; usually a size 6/28 Regular. I ordered a 29T - too long and too big - not even wearing for longer than 15 minutes and I know they will fall off after a few hours of wear. Oh well, final sale gamble. Order your regular size - especially if other demi boot cuts work for you.

I'm a consistent size 29 in J.Crew and this jeans are way too small. Maybe even 2 sizes smaller. I couldn’t even pull them all the way up to my hips!!! Not much stretch, couldn't sit or bend!!! And with these being final sale, I have to keep them!!! This also goes to the pile of J.CREW clothes that are odd/don't fit, that I have purchased on my last 2 orders, this I'll have either to sell or donate. Very disappointed!!! J.CREW you should post the actual measurements of the items like many other online stores are doing, not just posting the size on the tag.

Super cute, quality jeans IF you buy the right size. I would recommend one size up from normal as they run slightly small (like other reviews mentioned). I am a true size 24 in J. Crew jeans normally, and I ordered a 25 which fit great! Personally, I think 2 sizes up would have been too big. Also something important: according to J. Crew, 5’4” and below women are considered petite. I am 5’4” and decided to buy the tall version after reading the reviews and seeing the inseam lengths in the product details. Since the jeans are cropped, the tall version length fits me like regular jeans would! Highly recommend getting the tall version if you are around my height and you want normal length. Honestly, if you are taller, even the tall might be too short for you.

It's true, these are running so small. For me, two sizes small! I can teater-totter on a 29 or 30 but the Billy Bootcut I have many pairs in the 29 since they typically run slightly big. But these I couldn't even zip up. My sister who wears a 27 in JCrew denim tried on this pair in 29 and they fit! I told JCrew these were defective and they sent me a second pair in the same size (they said I couldn't order a larger size since they are final sale) but again, they're tiny. I would say DEFINITELY order one size up, maybe two sizes up for those who are between sizes like I am. I would need a 31 in these for sure🙄 So disappointing how sizing hasn't been super consistent. I am a die hard JCrew fan, but this is super frustrating. The photo speaks for itself... Same jean, same size, very different results!!!!!!

These jeans are shorter than all of my other demi boot crops - and not in a good way. I'm 5' 5" and I think these are too short. Also they are slightly snug in the waist. Note I do have a straight body type. I would have sized up. Overall, I wish I could return them.
