Shrank in the wash
January 10, 2026Purchased because I love the Essential Wide-Leg in a different material. Unfortunately these shrank significantly in the wash (hang dry) and now are too short. Must get them lengthened to salvage. Unfortunate.

Great dress pant!
August 2, 2025These just arrived after buying as a final sale. I haven't worn pants with pleats in years, but I took a shot on these and I'm so happy I did. The draping is gorgeous and figure flattering. With hip dips, pants are hit or miss and I was afraid the pleating would emphasize what I'd prefer to hide. I'm very happy. The pant leg is a little long, but these are dressier pants and I'd likely wear them with a chunk or kitten heeled shoe or boot regardless, so I'm happy. I'm a bit under 5'7", for point of reference.

Don’t waste your $$- find quality pants elsewhere
August 2, 2025Just received these and after 30 years of buying jcrew pants, I’m done. Fabric is cheap and the legs have entirely too much fabric. Sizing was as stated but they look horrible. Please bring back quality wool Trousers that are lined and stop using this gross fabric.

Giant!!
July 15, 2025These pants are so big. I purchased my usual size and they are about 2 feet too long and so big there is no way I can wear these. I don’t know if I can even alter them they are so giant.

Great elevated everyday pant
June 17, 2025I ordered these on a whim and they are amazing. The fit is great - looks slimming but is actually really comfortable. The fabric is really pretty. Absolutely recommend!
