Ballet sneakers in suede and leather

I wanted these adorable and very comfortable shoes to work for my trip to Italy, but after only wearing them twice, I had to return them due to poor design of the shoe. There is no heel protection on the outside, so the weight of your body compresses the heel down and the satin hits the sidewalk and frays the outside of the shoe. I am so disappointed in this design and hope they come out with another improved version in the future.

These shoes are so unconstructed and flaccid that I struggled to put them on. The fabric is so thin that I expect that the shoes won't last long, especially since my big and little toes bulge into the material; the toe box is quite narrow. There is zero arch support and the soles are so thin that I can feel every crack in the sidewalk. The insoles have a slick plastic surface that my bare feet stuck to, so when I took the shoes off, the insoles came out with my feet. They are sort of cute and I love the maple ash color, but I'm returning them because I can't imagine wearing them all day.
