Perfect Cashmere for all seasons!!
December 18, 2020I am a big fan of JC Featherweight cashmere which used to have so many different options in the past but not so much anymore. I was elated when they introduced this ribbed version this fall. I purchased the Turtleneck last year and now this short sleeved sweater which I was lucky to get in both the camel and black on sale. I like where the sleeve falls and the neckline is very flattering. It is very stretchy because of the ribbing but keeps its shape when washed. There is some pilling in the usual friction areas but that with even very expensive cashmere. Please make more featherweight cashmere!

Shed horribly on first wear!! Buy on sale!
November 14, 2020I love the color I bought, but the quality may not be there. I'm SO glad I got this on sale! On the very first wear, orange pieces of "cashmere"(I'm wondering about that) were everywhere! I was shocked! I think it's done shedding now since I wore it a second time with no noticeable orange everywhere, but I'm unsure about quality due to all the shedding. There's also a couple of pills. Otherwise it is a nice soft fabric and very cute on. I just think you should purchase on sale when they offer the huge discounts. Had I paid full price, I would have been angry!

Perfect Fall sweater
October 20, 2020I am 5'3" and 102lbs. I bought this sweater in sx, mineral blue. The fit is perfect and I love the color! The material is a little thin. I guess that is what they mean by "featherweight".

Overpriced for style and quality
October 10, 2020Normally wear a size four, but ordered a medium. Still tight around the arms and b00bs, and an awkward length on the arms. Also, pretty itchy for cashmere! Too bad, had high hopes!!

Lovely, but...
October 8, 2020I love the style, weight, fit, and color (Bohemian Red) of this sweater, but unfortunately it sheds. Be prepared with your lint brush, especially if you wear it with black, as I am - black pants and jacket, with fuzzies of Boho Red all over. I still recommend this sweater, but I am disappointed with the loose fuzzies and hope they go away over time.

Soft, great quality
October 4, 2020J Crew has really brought back quality cashmere this year! Love this tee - soft, comfortable and fitted. Size up for a more forgiving fit. I bought a Small to wear under blazers and the XS to wear as a base layer under sweaters for colder weather. Usually wear an XS/ 00 or 0 in JC tops, size up to an S in all cashmere tees for a more forgiving fit.
