Piqué halter one-piece with rickrack inset

really love this suit. i love the color (i bought orange). the fit is perfect. and the style: so different from many that are out there. and i like the way it plays up my body shape. although i am a fit 62-year old (5'6" 120), i shy away from bikinis bc of an unfortunately sizable appendectomy scar. this suit makes me feel so sexy that i don't have that feeling of missing out on the bikini train. the deep V-cut at top is a new thing for me, but as i am small-breasted, i don't feel overly exposed or self-conscious. it just adds to that sexy feeling. at my age trying to work more with what i have and don't have ; ) one note re the fabric: when i first tried it on at home, i was very aware of the feel of the fabric (pique) on my stomach's skin, in spite of it having a lining. however once i was wearing it for real, and on the beach i didn't give it another thought. another plus: i am in and out of the water quite a bit so i like how fast drying it is.

First, I LOVE J Crew bathing suits and own many and I wanted to love this one. I bought the Sunburst Orange and the color in person is stunning and will look amazing with a tan. That being said, the liner wasn't thick enough so you saw EVERYTHING! I had to return.
