May 21, 2022The shirt color and material are perfect for casual work place attire. Overall happy but the arms and fore arms were unusually tight. I think this will cause unnecessary wear and tear on the elbows. I would buy again just one size larger.

Color is off
April 22, 2022There seem to be color correction issues on the photo front and this isn't the first shirt I've bought that looks one way on the site and another physically. The site image seems really vibrant while the shirt in reality is more muted. The cotton is also not as soft as my other secret wash shirts.

Perfect shirt
April 6, 2022I’m wearing this shirt with my Ludlow unstructured cotton linen suit. I’m also wearing it even more casually paired with a pair of JCrew chinos. This shirt is lightweight and comfortable . I’ll wear it for a long time.

Not the same 2-ply 100% cotton secret wash
February 5, 2022I have not bought Jcrew shirts in some time since 2015 when they started phasing out the nicer quality 100% cotton super 120s yarns 2-ply shirting. I was very excited to see this "reintroduced" 100% cotton shirting. However, these shirts are not soft whatsoever like the ones they've made from 2007-2015 -- so if you're looking for those amazing quality shirts they used to have -- look elsewhere. Bought this shirt and the cotton is scratchy; and even hang drying them doesn't help with wrinkles (their old secret wash shirts would hang dry and look like they were pressed). I believe these are factory / outlet / mercantile quality shirts branded as retail so they can promote cheaper prices; or have a higher markup for those who don't care about the fabric.

More pink than pictured
January 25, 2022The larger squares created by the two sets of intersecting lines are a lot more pink than pictured. Still a nice shirt just the picture is not completely accurate. Looks more lavender in the picture which is what I was expecting.
