Poor Quality
August 14, 2026Very Disappointing Quality After only two uses, the woven strap is already unraveling. The bag was barely used, so there is absolutely no reason it should be coming apart this quickly. I purchased it on sale, but even at the sale price, it was overpriced for this level of quality. I have always been able to count on J.Crew for both quality and style, which is why this is so disappointing. I’ve owned many J.Crew items over the years and never expected a bag from them to start falling apart almost immediately. Unfortunately, the quality here is lacking in a big way. A bag at this price point should last far longer than two uses. I would not recommend it and would suggest checking the woven straps very carefully if you purchase one.

Chic Summer Straw Tote
