Nice quality but bad fit for me
September 6, 2024I love the color of this, and the matching top fits just fine, but these bottoms did not work for me. I got the same size as I have in other jcrew swim bottoms, but these were just off. There was excess fabric in the crotch which bunched up on the sides, and somehow at the same time, the front AND the back leg holes gapped and were not fitting against my skin. Tried to tie them a bit higher on my hip to fix it, but that didn't work. Don't buy these final sale, you may get stuck with them...

Runs large, fabric bunches
August 29, 2024This is my 2nd J Crew bikini set and sizing is odd. My hip measurement is 32" and my assets are neither large nor nonexistent. I have the XXS of their tiger stripe bikini bottom and while cute, it's very skimpy and always wished i had sized up. So I bought an XS in this, but of course, there is now too much fabric in the back and no matter how I tie it, it bunches because there's too much material and I would need to cinch it in the back for a good fit. Altering a bikini bottom just doesn't seem worth it to me but this is final sale. The tops seem to be more forgiving size wise.

Smocked Steing Bikini
August 1, 2024Love the smocked fabric! The string bikini is high waisted, but not too high - super cute! I purchased the brown color and love it.
