Velvet pull-on skirt

The skirt looked elegant and cool but got torn during my second wear right at the seam. I am 5'4'', 111 lb and the skirt was not tight on me but the fabric is so flimsy that it ripped into a 3-inch hole during my normal wear. Very disappointing. I hope I can find another glossy velvet skirt but with a better quality.

The skirt is gorgeous but the quality is awful. The fabric ripped at the seam the third time I had it on. Not the quality I would expect from J. Crew.

I purchased the shorter version of the skirt well over one year ago. I wore it two times and it ripped on the seam where it could not be repaired. J crew was amazing and returned it without any questions. Left with the top, I was happy to see that a longer version was offered and i purchased it when it went on sale. It looks great, fit well and the second time I wore it it ripped again right down the middle seam. I'm super bummed because it was a beautiful set but I suppose since there is no stretch in it at all it is probably ripping when I sit in the car since I stand all day at work.my tank ripped as well after approx 4 wears.

I’m 5’3 and about 105 lbs and XXS fits very well. I could have probably gone up a size, but since I got it on final sale I stayed with the original size I got. It looks great on and I can see myself wearing it for different occasions. It doesn’t have a lot of stretch, but that’s to be expected with velvet I think. Overall 5 stars!

Ordered a medium, it fit but the lining was pretty snug and since it was on mega sale, ordered a Large as well. Both fit great, large will probably be better with leggings in the winter. Super cute dressed up or down. 10 stars out of 5.

I am very happy with my purchase, fits really good just a little on the big size but I kept it.
