The tie is way too big
April 6, 2022No matter how I tie the tie, it’s HUGE! It adds about ten pounds to my stomach. The silhouette of the dress would be great without that darn thing. It wreck the entire look of the dress. I didn’t realize it was final sale. Giving it away.

January 5, 2022The paisley print is even prettier in person and doesn't look weird with the larger leaves -- I was worried about that. The waist tie makes this flattering and very attractive for everyone. It's actually a SUPER nice cut/change of pace from the boxy/conservative tie dresses of late. This dress can/will grow old with you. I can see it becoming something I wear quite often. Nice silk, too. TTS size-wise -- I picked a size 6, and I'm 130 lbs, 5'5, 36B.

January 1, 2022This dress (and it’s cousin in leopard) had a LOT of promise. The cut is flattering to either a curvy shape or a straight shape (probably not an apple shape because of the waist tie) and the curved hem is neat. Also, the silk has a nice hand (though it is thin and a little sheer). But the cuffs are a fail; presumably a bracelet length to fold upward, they immediately flop down. It’s also shorter than I’d like in this style. I rescued this (and the leopard version also) with monochrome 7/8 capris + tank underneath and ballet flats. It makes a cute long tunic. Just don’t think it’s a dress… I’d only recommend on sale.
