January 2, 2022My recommended size by J Crew was 25 but I ordered 26 like other people were suggesting. And size 26 fits perfectly. Pretty color, nice thick material.

PERFECT WASHED SALMON COLOR PANT
December 30, 2021Well, not washed rose, more salmon pink wash. Nice weight, quality, little stretch and like others, I sized up (from 28" to 29") waist. Perfect fit, looks great.

Revised review - up 1 size fits like dream
December 16, 2021I previously noted that these jeans were way too small when I tried them in a 23 thinking they were like another style J Crew was offering (which fit me in 23) My regular size is 24 in J Crew jeans. I just received these in size 25 and they fit perfectly. As with all the 90s straight jeans this season, these jeans are a little fuller in the leg, but close in hip and waist. I would say having a long torso that these jeans are not super high-rise on me. The color is much more muted and neutral than the deep pinky beige onscreen pics. As such, they will do well for spring/summer and fall. Or winter with a brown or black sweater. At this low low price; these are a super quality bargain - a must buy!

Way too small
November 28, 2021I was advised by J Crew experts that these rosebud jeans would very likely be the same cut and fabric as the slate green straight jeans I had bought a while ago - because the dimensions, description and fabric content is the same. But no - these are cut completely differently. Couldn’t get them over my hips. In the slate green jeans I previously bought , I went from my usual size 24 down to a 23 for a comfy fit. The green ones are soft and stretchy. These in rosebud, are a heavy, traditional denim with much less give. The hips are much narrower. Frankly, I’m not sure the size 24 in these rosebud jeans would even work. Very disappointing.

Runs way small
November 13, 2021I wear size 27 jeans at J.Crew. I feel like I’ve been wearing that size for years. Two other pairs of jeans in my order were size 27. These I could hardly get over my back size. I can’t return them so they will have to go to goodwill or a friend because they would never fit me. I gave them 2 stars because the material and the color are fantastic. I wish i could wear them.
