December 17, 2021I'm very happy with the quality of the sweater. I have worn a few times already and it doesn't itch, and I've had no issues with pilling so far. It is slightly more dressy and elevates a 'run to the store' mom style outfit with the puff sleeve.

Dull color
December 14, 2021I was super excited to receive this sweater. However to my dismay, the color of sweater is not as it appears online. It was a dull almost brown color. Not the vibrant color online. The fit was true to size.

Beyond cute and flattering
December 14, 2021I bought this sweater in 3 colors. Wasn't expecting to keep all three but I love it so much I'm keeping them ALL. Even though I bought 2 sizes (S,M) I am keeping both sizes because one looks a bit sexier (fitted) and the other is a bit more comfy. If I bought more I'd go with S. If you're a true S you might even go with XS. The shape is very flattering for a curvy figure. I'm a little petite but not a small girl at 5'5" and 155lbs (36D), broad back (swimmer) but this top flatters. I think it would look good on all body types. I don't have relatively short T-Rex arms so they might be a little short on longer arms, but that would still be cute. I hope they make this shape in cashmere next year! This fabric is fine and the price is right, but I don't love a synthetic blend.

Modern fit but Itchy
December 8, 2021I love the modern fit and the puff sleeve but the fabric is far from "Supersoft." It is so itchy. I wore a cami underneath and I am considering changing in the middle of my work day. I am sensitive to fabrics so unfortunately I will probably not wear this sweater again.

Elevated classic
December 1, 2021Although I’ve been quite disappointed in the quality and fit of the majority of Items I’ve ordered from J Crew recently (so oversized and shapeless) this sweater has a nice fit and beautiful neutral color in the oatmeal. I used to consistently order mediums (5’9” 132lb) but lately have gone with small or even xs. I do think this will pill with wear, but it’s very soft (I’m picky about fabric being itchy), a good length, and fits properly in a s (although sleeves are slightly short). I wish it would be offered in more colors like a periwinkle or gray. Wore it for thanksgiving and received compliments—great everyday basic and easy to dress up.
