Soft & comfy
March 26, 2017My absolute go-to for the weekend. It's so soft and cozy. I only wish it came in more colors!

A tunic sweatshirt!
February 2, 2017The fabric is very cozy without being bulky. I like the cut...it is a sweatshirt, yes, but since it is a bit longer, it has a tunic feel. Good item, versatile.

Strange Fit
January 20, 2017Love this sweatshirt, especially the soft-navy-fleece lining. I went down one size and had adequate room in the upper arms and chest, with the raglan fit. Loved that part. I am five six & the length is long on me. If the shirt had kept with a straight line & had a shorter length, then it would have worked better. Everything is fine till it narrows down at the waistband & it makes no sense to stray with the style like this. Top loose fit and keeps narrowing to that band. The fit is still off, but it might work for some body types. If it's going to be oversized then make it that way to the bottom & have a shorter boxier fit.

Disappointed
January 9, 2017I bought the fleece lined sweatpants along with this shirt & I loved the pants but was really disappointed with the shirt. The fit was odd, boxy and unflattering. Even though the inside was just as soft as the sweatpants I found that the shirt didn't feel as heavy and warm as the sweatpants did, so this is why I returned it. I wish J. Crew had more fleece-lined sweatshirt options for women. I do love the fleece-lined sweat pants every year, but would love to have some sweatshirts that are just as good in quality.

Disappointed with the fit.
December 15, 2016I am disappointed with this sweatshirt. I like the fleece lining, but the shape is all wrong for me. I have a slim to average build and the dropped shoulders make me look like a linebacker. There is extra fabric on the upper arms which makes my arms look bigger than they are. I think it runs fairly true to size. Perhaps slightly big. I would never wear this with casual outfits. I considered keeping it just for workout wear, but I couldn't get past the weird shoulder/arm shape. Returning.

SO COZY!
December 1, 2016It's about time! I'm so excited to see something fleece-lined for women so that I don't have to buy my J.Crew sweatshirts from the men's section this year. Usually, the boys get the warm/fleece ones, and the girls just get terry. Also, the length is great! It's 3-4" longer than J.Crew's typical women's sweatshirt. It hits a few inches below the hips and can be worn with leggings. If possible, try it on before you buy it, because it is pretty generously cut. It's a little baggy in the arms and torso, but not boxy because it has a banded waistline. It almost fits like one of those generic unisex sweatshirts. I'm always between S and M (145 lbs., 5'6") and bought M without trying it on. I definitely could have done S, but it may have been borderline snug around the hips. Though it's a little big, I absolutely love it and highly recommend you check it out. Hopefully, J.Crew will make it in more colors because I know I'm going to be living in this sweatshirt all winter.
