Ludlow Slim-fit unstructured blazer in American wool
we wanted it to look like a blazer but feel as comfortable as a cardigan. To that end, we partnered with Connecticut's storied American Woolen Company mill (est.1899) to find the perfect refined wool, made in small batches so that each blazer's color is subtly unique. Then we cut it in our famous slim Ludlow silhouette, without any of the usual canvasing or padding you'd find in a suit. It's the most versatile jacket a guy can own—from business casual to a weekend away.

Love it except for one thing
January 21, 2019Great material, great construction etc. It's slim but not too tight. I got a 36s and it sits perfectly. The only thing is that the sleeves were too long. I had to take it to a tailor to get it shortened. Navy color is great and a must for any guy

The Perfect Blazer!
January 16, 2019Though I have not had it long, I am extremely impressed with this piece. The fabric is brilliant, it is not too heavy, but has enough weight to feel substantial. It is not 100% wool, so that is one thing that may be a drawback for some people. I do not need a formal blazer that often, such as the legacy blazer that J Crew offers. This piece can be dressed up or down. HIGHLY recommended!

Quality, versatility, comfort
December 20, 2018Probably my favorite item in my closet. Unstructured is the key, plus the material is perfect. Fits like a glove. Perfect Navy color. I love pick stitching which makes it look a touch fancier. I wear this with everything. Jeans, twill, wool pants, cords, you name it. You can dress it up or down. Recently wore it while interviewing a candidate for a job. It will work for going out with friends with a more casual shirt. Haven't tried it with a t-shirt but I bet that works too. Well worth the price. Great value. Half wool is perfect blend. I am 6'0", 175 lbs, 32/30 and typically gravitate towards "slim" fit to hug the waist
