Poor packaging, great clogs.
November 15, 2024I bought these last week. They did not come in a Birkenstock box and the suede had some discoloration. The clogs themselves are great but the packaging was very disappointing. This is the third pair of Birkenstocks I have purchased through J.CREW. I think I will order direct from the manufacturer for any future purchases.

Unique color on classic clogs
September 2, 2024The classic clogs in a sharp navy leather/suede combo are the perfect color for fall.

Color is not accurate!!
August 9, 2024This 1-star review is strictly against J. Crew. In the pictures provided, the shoe looks navy and the strap is a lighter shade of blue, so you have a nice contrast in blues. However, upon receipt the shoes are a monotone navy. The shoes are suede and the strap is oiled leather, and both are a dark navy. If you want to see what they actually look like, check out the Birks website and you'll see the actual pictures. Also, these do NOT have the soft footbed as stated in the description. The soft footbed Birks have blue text on the inside sole rather than the typical black text. I have several pairs of each, and it's easy to differentiate between the two. I'm very surprised J. Crew did this and it's disappointing. The actual clogs are the same Birkenstock comfort and quality I'm used to. The clogs get 5-stars always from me. Again, the 1-star here is against J.Crew and their blatant misrepresentation of the product.
