Great summer bag

2 days agoI bought this bag last month. It overall looks nice and is a good size to fit a small wallet, phone, sunglasses with room to spare. The only thing that I was unhappy with was the removable gold strap. It falls off constantly when being used. If you want the option to use it as a shoulder bag, I would consider against it

5 days agoLove the timeless and classic look of this bag! It can be dressed up or down, and elevates even the most basic outfit. Very happy they restocked! My one complaint was that it didn’t seem to be packaged very well. When it arrived, it was only in a plastic bag and a box and looked like it had been beaten. There was a scratch on the top piece of leather that was very noticeable, but I was able to buff it out somewhat. I was disappointed to see that it didn’t come in a dust bag or with any other protection like how the other bags I’ve ordered from J Crew have arrived.

Disappointing quality
1 week agoI love the style and the size, but the rattan has some splintering, and the leather looks worn. Maybe someone used it and returned it. Overall, I'm pretty upset with the quality.
