Puff-sleeve turtleneck sweater-dress

This dress is just awful. The sleeves aren't just puffed, they're full on 1890s/Early 1990s Mutton Sleeves. So bad I had flashbacks of being a bridesmaid in my uncle's wedding in 1991. If you can get past the huge sleeves, the dress is a cheap, chunky knit that is guaranteed to last one season, or eight wears, whichever comes first. Clings to every bump and bulge, but tights or Spanx would remedy that. Ready to pill and shed right out of the bag. I'm convinced everything is final sale lately because its SO bad. I've returned more than I've kept these past few seasons and there comes a point where I probably shouldn't even bother. It seems J. Crew wants to be trendy disposable fast-fashion for the youngsters instead of providing their longtime Gen Xers quality prep/basic babe staples that built their brand. Too bad I wasted my birthday coupon!

Very unique in style. Comfortable fit with bit of shape. Can be worn many ways. A good basic to own. If you want a body con fit, go down a size. Runs true to size but stretchy

Very cute style. Length is not too short. But I agree with the other reviewer about the blend. Knit is itchy. Would have been ok if crew neck and not turtleneck. Will return.

Very disappointed at the materials used for this dress. Super cute style but wish it were cashmere or a wool blend, even cotton. And at the price point it’s definitely not worth it for me.
