Not good for petites
March 15, 2020I love the way these fit in my usual size 00 ( a little loose, but kind of the style) but they were way too long on me, even with heels on. I am 5'3" for reference.

Great color, almost perfect
December 6, 2019Its great to have this bright pink suit for a winter color. Pants are lined, but the wool wrinkles easily and the seam down the front doesn't quite work. Still with the blazer I like the suit well enough, just took off a few stars. The fabric is just not stiff enough to hold its shape the way I would like.

December 5, 2019I chose these pants for a newer silhouette and loved the chestnut color as a change from basic black. I wear my pants long...but I had to have these shortened by my tailor at least 2-3 inches! That is the reason I took away one star. The material is lovely with a nice fall, and they are lined with pockets! They fit well, and I will enjoy wearing them. I am 5’5” and 107 lbs. I ordered a 0.

Thought I found the perfect Trouser Pant!
December 3, 2019For a wool fully lined pant, I’m expecting gorgeous trousers; however they came very wrinkled with an inseam for a model at least 6’ tall! I bought them for our Holiday Vacation and I will have to hem them up at least two inches and I am 5’6” tall! The quality of the wool feels rough and as if it has linen mixed in. Not sure if I am able to get them hemmed and pressed by this Friday 12/7/19??? Very disappointed, I usually get high quality clothing from J.Crew!!

I Love Them!
October 11, 2019I purchased this entire suit in the pink color and love it. As for the pants, they must have listened because they are fully lined. I love the fit. High waisted, yes, but I thought it was a flattering length, not too high. The inseam was perfect for me. I am 5’7” and wanted to wear these with a heel. Perfect with no hemming. I don’t agree with reviewers that criticize a garment because it doesn’t fit them or is too long. You can’t lengthen but you can hem. I am typically a 27/4 in JCrew and the 4 fit perfectly. I’m not curvy and that would make a difference with fit. I took off a star on quality because I don’t love the fabric — could be more plush. I will say if JCrew wants customers to pay the full price on these items, fabric quality needs to improve.
