Received Worn Item with Obvious Pilling
4 days agoI received the item which was a beautiful green color but first off there was no tag, which was suspicious, then upon holding it up and looking at it, it had obviously been worn and returned because there was pilling on both sides of the front of the sweater and down the sleeves. Even though it was a “Final Sale” I called customer service and they did accept the return. I really don’t know why they would re-sell this since it’s obvious it had been worn. Also, I don’t understand returning something that you wore even though it pilled. I have bought cashmere sweaters in the past from other retailers that had terrible pilling after one wear and just threw them out. A disappointment as the Bright Kelly was a beautiful color. Oh well.

The Perfect Sweater
6 days agoThe red featherweight cardigan is beautiful! It is the perfect lightweight sweater for any occasion! I am XS/S and got a S for a looser fit and it is perfect!
