Shockingly poor quality - did I get a sample?!
October 11, 2022I'm honestly so surprised by the positive reviews that I'm curious if the shoes I purchased were a sample or meant for the factory store. They are so low quality its absurd. I sized up and they still fit short in length and they are also tight on the top of my foot (and I'm a smaller, petite person. my feet are not abnormally large?). The color of them is great but in actual practice of wearing them, they are awful. I think I'm going to take a J. Crew hiatus because they are so bad.

Cute mules!
October 10, 2022Really cute design, stay on feet when walking - that being said I am a 6 1/2 and usually order size 7 so there is no overhang with backless shoes. Had to return for a size 7 1/2 in these shoes. They are comfortable - happy I ordered.

October 4, 2022I’m really glad I purchased these. They are so comfortable and very flattering for work. I normally wear a size 5.5 but went with a 6 and it was perfect. I got the dark mauve color and love it
