BEWARE OF PILLING
July 31, 2015Great sweater for layering but beware of pilling. If it rubs up against anything - for example a jacket or vest that you may wear over it - it will start pilling ... a lot!!! It's a pity ... otherwise it's perfect!

July 29, 2015This sweater is warm and comfortable but is terribly pilled after only 3 wears. It now looks like a ratty old sweater and I probably won't wear it outside of the house. i don't remember this being an issue with my older JCrew sweaters and was disappointed in the drop in quality.

Great fit and very flattering!
April 29, 2015This sweater is very comfortable and flattering. The stretch adds to a smooth fit, even over shirts, and the sleeves and torso length are long enough (and I am tall, 5'10"). I bought the brown and grey colours, which are muted but go with everything. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy more of these. They are closet staples for sure.

April 27, 2015This sweater is beyond comfortable; so soft and cozy, I could sleep in it. Please bring this back next fall, but make it a little longer. This will be perfect peaking out from under a button-up shirt.

Pills horribly!
March 3, 2015I really wanted to love this sweater and I did, at first. However, after wearing it for just a few hours, it was horribly pilled. I tried using a clothes shaver to remove the pills, but I think it actually ended up looking worse. After the few hours of wear, the sweater looked like I had it for years. I purchased two on final sale- both were returned, even though I never wore the second one. Just didn't want to risk it.
