Scallop-pocket short in polka dot

There are so many of the same types of shorts out there, so I was excited to see that such feminine shorts were being offered in a wide variety of sizes. I have to order a size up in shorts so I purchased these in a 16. They fit perfectly and the legs aren't too tight which makes the length more comfortable for me.

I love the style of these shorts - looks great with a blazer, tee, button down shirt... But the quality of the fabric is not up to J.Crew standards. Won't last the entire season, I'm afraid.

Absolutely loved these shorts since I saw them in store! I usually wear a 4 in the 3" chinos, so I ordered a 4 in these. They still fit well, but not as snug as I am used to with the chinos around my hips and this pair gets a bit baggy when I sit. Wish I would have ordered it in a 2, but I still love them!

I love the style of these shorts. They are dressier than some of the other chino shorts. The background color is more of a khaki than white (which is what I expected) but I still like them. My only complaint is the sizing is off. I am always a size 4 in J Crew shorts and these are very tight in the legs and seat. The waist is not too bad but, since there's no stretch whatsoever, I definitely have to size up a size for these to be wearable. Unfortunately, I got them on final sale.

Super comfy, really cute and true to size. Got my usual size 2 and fit is perfect.

I recently bought these shorts thinking it were really unique in design at the store. However, I have only worn them for three days and can already see that they won't last past this summer. The fabric quality is very poor since the polka dots aren't printed into the fabric, but rather embroidered into it. This leads to large pink pills and strands of thread in the area where your thighs rub together when you walk! I have not walked a lot in these three days and I have notice huge strings of pink thread and pills!!! Can't even walk outside in these shorts! I would return these if I could.
