Ruffle wrap dress

What a stunning dress. I was a little concerned about the size. I wear an XSmall and XXSmall was the only size left. I took a chance and it fits me perfectly. I love it. Thank you.

JCrew XS has fit me perfectly for like ten years, and xxs has always been too tight for me (be it's dress, shorts, cardi, or anything). For this particular dress, however, xs runs much larger even after washing in hot water. The dress is also difficult to put on, and the waist tie is ridiculously long. The color is nice though, so I might try to purchase another xxs one to see if it fits better.

This fit true to size for my 5'4" frame. I bought a small which is nearly always my size. The front hem fell right around my knees. I wore it to my sister's wedding and I ran around like crazy and never felt like it was falling open or exposing me. The material is light and gauzy, it comes with an under shift lining that is removable (via snaps in the shoulder of the dress), and it needs it as the dress material is see- through when you stand in front of a glass door. The sleeves were a bit too much for my personal taste when included with the ruffles, so I trimmed off the gathered cuff and made a new flat cuff that I attached in its place. Very easy and more preferable IMO. The only thing is that the under dress is quite short, so that might be an issue for some.

I love the design of this dress! It’s very flattering. Unfortunately, I had to return because the material disintegrated in the wash. I have it in blue also and will only be hand washing. Be very careful you don’t snag it as the material is paper thin! Jcrew, please make this dress in a soft cotton!

It is awesome. Wraps around your waist perfectly to make you look slimmer. The cloth feels soft and comfortable.
