Loved this bag until strap broke
March 17, 2019I happen to be on the JCrew website looking for another crossbody to replace the older version of this bag that the strap hand broken. I took mine to a shoe repair place and spent $30 fixing the strap but now the repaired area is splitting again. I had same issue that several people have mentioned where the strap started splitting. I think one issue might be the strap is too narrow for the bag. I love / loved this bag so I wish it didn't have this issue. JCrew please listen to everyone and do a quality check and update the bag.

December 19, 2018I bought this purse online and was so pleased when it arrived - it’s soft, pebbled leather and a rich toffee colour. The pockets are great for organizing and I love the little details like the padlock and card holder. It holds all my essentials and looks polished. I highly recommend!

Great little bag
December 14, 2018This is my 3rd signet bag but my first since they updated it into a removable strap. This strap allows for a shorter adjustment. This is a practical little bag that can hold quite abit, which is why I now own 3 of them! The only thing - I was expecting a true brown but this has some orange in it. Still a great bag anyhow.

It is big enough to hold large phones and essentials but not cumbersome at all. The leather is soft and exceptionally good quality. This is one the best purchases I have made in a long time!!

Perfect crossbody bag for me
November 29, 2018Love this bag so much, goes with all my outfits and so sturdy. Can fit so many things inside. Mine actually got stolen, so I just had to have a new one. Even convinced my friends to buy it too :)
