Belted sweatshirt blazer

This is one of my favorite purchases recently. You get the best of both worlds: the comfort of a sweatshirt and a more refined style of a kimono. I wore to work the other day. I did not want to take it off at the end of the day. This is lightweight. Even though it is light gray it was dressy enough for my business casual environment.

I received this belted sweater in the mail and instantly fell in love --- as the quality and style of the item are too good to beat. This item instantaneously became a staple in my closet as it is so incredibly easy to pair with just about anything. It can either be styled up or down just by what you pair it with and is so comfortable to live in. If I were you, I wouldn't be afraid of sizing down as my usual sz of M was just a bit roomy. LOVE THIS JCREW! If it were to come back in a variety of colors, I'd buy each and every one.

I purchased this top to wear on casual Fridays at my office. I think it looks best styled open with the tie behind the back. I also roll the sleeves to dress it down. I love the sturdy, machine washable material which holds its shape well. The downside is the sleeves are way too boxy (makes your arms look huge), the neckline is a little wide and I would have loved a collar. Otherwise this is a great cardigan/blazer hybrid, perfect for casual offices, or dress-down Friday's.

Not happy with the fit, style or feel. I feel that it is something that I picked up at a thrift store in my tolerant polyester days but it was brighter and happier.

I bought my normal size Large (I am 5'9", weigh 158 lbs, and have long legs and a 36D bust), but this was a little big for me. I wouldn't mind the roominess in the piece, but it looks a little weird in the shoulders. Intending to wear this with skinny jeans and a plain t-shirt for long flights, so keeping it. Try sizing down. Good pick up if you can get it on sale (which I did).

The material on this piece and the fit are incredibly comfortable. It’s perfect for wearing to the office on a very casual Friday or shopping on the weekend. It is a bit too casual to warrant the name “blazer”, though.
