Sleeveless tie-waist peplum top

As previous mentioned this is a nice heavy fabric, however the cut is a little tricky. After trying it on both ways, several times, I decided best fit was leaving it as it was meant with the cross in the back and the tie to the front. I bought it in black and plan to wear it with my hair up. It fits true to size. I’m 115, 34B and bought the x-small. If you don’t like a lot of fabric on your tops or around the waist, this is not for you.

Love that you can wear it 2 ways. Amazing idea. The material is very heavy cotton but that’s ok for me. Recommend !

This is such a cute design! Fit is true to size. I got my usual small. Fits well and will be worn lots this summer I am sure! Love the way it can be worn front and back! Great JCrew quality!

I bought the top in my regular size small in both black and white because, despite the reviews, I like anything that ties at the waist, and will take a chance. I found it worked best with the V in the front and was uncomfortable "backward" - felt like I was being choked. It didn't take an engineering degree to tie when worn with the V in front. The black is cute, even though I do think the waist ties lend too much material to the overall look. In fact, this shirt has a lot of material in general. It's not light and airy. The white is another story: all that material makes it look like I stole a roll of toilet paper from the bathroom and wrapped and wrapped and wrapped. So the white goes back, and the black stays. For reference, I'm 5'4," 32D, 26" waist, but I think this top would work for many shapes.

This is a nice top but take too much time trying to figure out to look like it is on the model.

Super shortwaisted, but that wasn't the beginning of the aggravation - even getting this thing untangled just to put on was a hassle, never mind trying to fight the wraps back around. It's a pass for me dawg.
