Quilted puffer shirt-jacket with PrimaLoft® in plaid

I wanted this to be all that, but it just did not quite make it for me. Finial sale and a great price but that was the only bonus. The Jacket has perfect sleeves, but the body is to boxy and oddly stiff so does not conform even a little bit! I would have sized down if available, but might have found different fit issues. I can wear it, it just does not have any wow or super cute factors as expected!!

I'm returning it because my hands will always be cold in this. Since it is a lightweight jacket, it would look silly to wear gloves with this, but that is what I think I would have to do to keep hands warm. And I don't think this is for heavy cold. Everything else about the jacket is awesome, the cut is great, it fits like a shirt jacket, its super light weight and comfortable. My problem is just the lack of pockets.

I waited 2 months to receive this jacket and though it's very cute, it really fits more like a quilted shirt, the arms are not jacket-length. I ordered my usual small and did not notice in the description that it has no pockets. The sleeves are shirt length (come down to my wrist bones) and won't provide any warmth to my hands and with no pockets, I don't see it working well as an outer layer. I wish I could try a medium but it is sold out. This would work as a cute liner or as a stand-alone cardigan replacement but it's not what I had hoped for.

This jacket is so cute. I am typically a size 4 or 6 tall. I ordered this in a small. It fits nicely. Length is good. Nice weight. Can wear indoors and out. Nice to layer under heavier coats . I was worried the arms might be short but they were ok. I agree with reviewers on the solid color jacket that this piece needs pockets. I can't tell you how many times I tried to put my hands in pockets that aren't there. True to size very cute. More colors (bright red) and added pockets would make this piece perfect.
