Cable-knit mini sweater-dress

I grabbed this fun sweater dress in both colors during one of the recent pre-black Friday promos. Pros: Colors are great (especially the heather acorn). They don't wash my fair complexion out. The ruffle detail on the neck is pretty without being too high or constricting. The cable knit detail is pretty as well. Cable knit is a classic and this is no different which is part of the reason I was excited to get it. Cons: I'm only 5'3" and though not too short, these are definitely on the shorter side. These hit a few inches above the knee. The pic on the model is above the knee as well but I'm guessing they're several inches taller than me so these may not work for taller gals. Though the fabric isn't itchy, I really wish these were more of a cotton/lambswool blend as that would wear better. For the price point, it's not asking too much to use more natural fibers. Overall, definitely keeping both because I like the fit, color and feel and I got them on a great sale price.
