Made-in-Italy T-strap pumps in croc-embossed leather

These are beautiful shoes-absolutely exquisite. But stability wise-there was no support-I could only wear them if I were sitting

I can't believe I tried a third time to see if these beautiful shoes would somehow fit. I ordered my third size this past week, the first try was early spring. My usual size is 10.5. I love that J.Crew stocks their shoes to include a 10.5. In the past this half size was skipped, going from 10 to 11 to 12, although stock half sizes up to 9.5. My 10.5, which I expected to fit perfectly, was falling off of my foot with each step, it felt a solid size larger if not two. Other Reviews said similarly, and warned to size down, so I returned it and ordered a 10. There was no difference, it was equally large, and unwearable. The T strap rises above the top of the foot by half an inch, so nothing is holding the shoe on. I have a large foot.. usually this area would be too tight if anything. I returned it and gave up. When it went on a deeper sale, I attempted again and bought the next half size down, a 9.5. I haven't worn that size since 8th grade. Now it is too snug in the toe box, and at the time, it still falls off with every step. The video of the model wearing the shoe, is walking oddly as well, with the heel on the floor the whole time. I am thinking the model's shoe might be falling off with each step also? So sorry to just not be able to wear this shoe. I wish it could be redesigned for next season. This time, it was Final Sale, so no stuck with a pair of shoes that are impossible to wear.
