Classy
2 days agoLove the classic look that can be paired with a wide range of styles. They fit tts but my heels slipped in them at first breaking them in. They are very comfortable with no squeezing at the toe box. It is a stiffer leather but that’s what gives them a polished put together look.

Tassled loafer
5 days agoThis loafer is beautiful but not comfy. I don’t think I will keep them because I don’t want to get chance them not becoming more comfy after they re broken it. I’m usually a 7 or 7.5 and I had to go with the 7.5. They do run narrow.

5 days agoVery preppy, matches jeans, pleated skirt very well. Feels comfortable to wear all day. Feels quality. I normally wear 7.5 but they werent in stock so got 7 and they still fit ok.

Incorrect Item Sent, poor customer service.
1 week agoI was sent the wrong pair of loafers (a plain pair with laces). This shoe was out of stock in my size by the time my package was delivered. I contacted customer service and was told I could just send them back if I didn't want what was delivered... Not thrilled with the customer service especially based on the inconvenience of JCrew's error. I would think you'd at least offer a discount code for a future purchase.
