Puff-sleeve blazer in stretchy cotton

I agree, this blazer is a must-have. I don't feel like it runs small or large, for me it was just right. I'm 5'3" and 130lbs and usually get a 6 or 8. I ordered an 8 and it's just right. I did not get a petite, and so the sleeves are normal length, not bracelet length as they're supposed to be by design. But I prefer them that way. The fabric has a nice little stretch, so it's really flattering without being binding. I am so glad I went with this style -- sometimes I find JCrew blazers to have arms that are too long or waists that are too tight. It depends on the style. This one is excellent.

I love, love, love this blazer. So much, I bought it in 3 different colors…red, navy, black. It has a very modern fit, with 3/4 bracelet sleeves. Looks great to dress up a work outfit or wear with casual skinny jeans. This is a 3 season jacket. It's slim with a bit of stretch, which hugs my curves, without looking inappropriate.

I bought this blazer in navy and black. The navy is a very dark navy - exactly what I wanted. The fabric has a bit of stretch which fits beautifully, and the tailoring seems impeccable. My shoulders are a little narrow, so I love the puff shoulder/sleeve. I typically wear a 2 or XS in J.Crew tops, and the 2 fit perfectly. I can wear a tank or a tee under it and perhaps a light long sleeve shirt. If you want room for a sweater or heavier layer, I recommend sizing up. I tried the 4, but it was too boxy on me. I intend to wear only in warmer months so I prefer the fitted look. I really like the dark brown-grey buttons - a nice change from the usual brassy buttons on so many JCrew jackets. You can probably get by with pairing it with the navy twill pencil skirt for a suit look. Looks great with casual wear too. FYI I'm 5'6", 125#, 32B.

I loved the fit, the style and the color- perfect navy. It arrived with a broken button so I had to replace it, but other than that I am very happy with this purchase. I hope there are more colors soon.

Perfect basic! This blazer is made very well. Great fit. Great fabric. It runs a bit small so size up. Love the puff sleeve. Adds femininity. I am going to order it in Navy as well. It's difficult to find a high end blazer in stretch cotton. I have worn it with the Minnie pant, jeans/ T-shirt, and over a dress for the office.

With a boyish figure, I find that plain blazers tend to make me look like, well, a boy. So I loved the feminine puff-sleeve detail on this blazer, and the fit is just perfect. I'm usually an XS or 0 in JCrew tops and I took a 0 in this. I love the bracelet sleeves too, which just makes it a little fancier. Great weight for any season, too. I bought the white, just got the navy, and I may go back for the black! Love it!
