Perfect-fit tank

Like the look of this tank but the straps fall down. All day long. Drives me crazy. Very disappointed in the fit since I like how the item feels and looks.

I wear JCrew tanks often. These were not available in white or black so I ordered several in gray. Amazing that a size medium in the same product can vary so wildly in actual size. Some fit, some were the equivalent of size 2XL. Lesson learned: try on ALL JCrew items -- even if they have the same size sewn into the label -- before laundering. Very disappointing from a tried and true standby.

I have been wearing these perfect fit tanks since J. Crew starting offering them, both under shirts during the day, and as pajama tops. I love the squarish neckline, and the straps are just right: Not too thin, not too thick. I have a small bust and 116 lbs. and buy a medium so they're not snug. My only qualm about the current fabrication is that all the heather colors (such as heather dusk) shrink slightly and aren't as soft as the solid colors. I wash these in cold water, tumble dry low, and I have been wearing the solid colors for years and years and they keep their shape and softness. J. Crew, please keep making this style. I would like to buy a dusty dark blue, dark gray (not heather), plum, camel, chestnut, and other medium-toned neutral colors.

I'm tall and have always found tank tops too short in the torso; this one is just right in the length and the straps are nice and just the right width. Overall, an excellent purchase. I will likely buy more in different colours. I noticed my husband staring more, so that is always a good sign!

I wear these almost year round as a camisole. They run just a little bit big, so I order a size down, XS.

Great quality, but straps are EXTREMELY long. I ordered sizes xs and s and the strap length was the same.
