Love at first sight
September 21, 2021I absolutely LOVE these jeans and so glad that it's now trendy to wear the straight legged jeans that I've always loved again. They've got good stretch in the right places - these are not those awful jeans with stretch that hug your curves in all the wrong ways. The denim is also nice and soft. Definitely size down - I'm consistently a 25 in all J. Crew jeans and pants, but heeded the advice of other reviews and went with the 24.

Most flattering
August 23, 2021I bought these jeans in white at the beginning of the summer and loved the fit and style. When I saw them on sale in blue I knew they would be great for the fall. They run big because the blue denim is stretchy! I needed to size down from a 2 to a 0.

August 19, 2021These are the worst fitting jeans ever! I always wear a size 27 in jeans & pants and these were too big, the material is cheap, they stretch out in a matter of minute, then the crotch fall down hanging. The faded knees look awful. Plus a final sale, how many pairs of ill fitting jeans must one put up with? What happened to 100% cotton? No more Jcew jeans for me.

Disappointed with fit
July 28, 2021Unfortunately, after all of the research I did and making sure to take measurements and following the size chart, I ordered a pair that are way too big. Not sure how the size chart is so off. These capris don't qualify for free returns/exchanges so I'm stuck with them. :( I won't order from J Crew again.

Too short
July 24, 2021The wash on these jeans are great! But they are 2 inch’s too short. And the waist stretched out enough to require a belt. Purchased on sale, so cannot return. Usual size 4, 125lb ordered 27. Should have sized down.

Run Big!
July 23, 20213 stars for sizing that is so off....I'm a middle aged, size 6 woman, 5'6", 130#. I ordered the size 28, they are at least a size too big. Other than inaccurate sizing, the color was great, they're a fun more current style, but not too wide of leg , and the fabric has a comfortable stretch.
