Flat strappy sandals in vachetta leather

I was skeptical at first about these sandals. From the online photos, they looked super flat with zero arch support and probably no flexibility in the sole. Nevertheless, when the white ones went on sale, I figured they were worth a shot--and I'm glad I took the risk. The straps fit comfortably around my slightly wide size 8 feet, and the flat bottoms don't bother me the way I feared. I haven't walked tons in them yet, but enough (to the store, etc) that I can tell they're fine for casual wear, with no rubbing, digging in of straps, or blisters. I went back and bought in the three other colors (black, brown and bright blue), also at 50% off sale price. Love the clean, lean, strappy look, just what I was lacking in my sandal game. The classic styling means they'll be in rotation for a long time to come.

These sandals are amazing. The overall fit is perfect, made in Italy and go with everything.

The sandals are nice and fit fine; however, the pair I received is clearly a return. The soles have dirt on them and there are marks in the toe area. These were clearly thrown in a box and sent to me. They arrived without any of the original packing material. While I did get these at the sale price, I did not agree to purchase a return. I don’t shop at JCrew for used clothing. If “sale” items are actually returns then, at the very least, make that clear to the buyer.

I loved everything about these sandals except the heel support. I think the straps at the back aren't positioned properly so when you walk your heel lifts up too much. I'm not exactly sure but something isn't right about it. I have a similar pair of shoes and don't have this problem at all. I would have returned them but they were a final sale and JCrew was adamant about not letting me return them. I originally tried them on in the store and they fit great, but I did not walk around in them, my bad! I added an extra hole on the strap so they are tighter. That helped a bit.

Style and quality are both ok. Nothing special. At discounted price is fine but I won't pay full price for them.

They are so cute and very soft. I am normally an 8/8.5 ordered a size 8 and found that they’re a little long. I probably could have gotten a 7.5
