Run a tad small.
March 2, 2024Purchased these in my normal 27 petite, I'm 116lbs- 5' 3. I feel like the black runs smaller than the denim- especially in the waist. They're fine and I will still wear them but just a note.

Love the fit, not the fabric
February 20, 2023I bought these in black and the dark blue. I love that there's an 8inch rise available, would be even more stoked if they came in 7inch. They fit like a dream when I got them. However with both pairs by the end of the first day wearing them each they had stretched out so much they wouldn't stay on, and also pilled badly just within one day of normal activity (brunch and running a few errands). For $130 they need to last more than a few wears which I doubt these will unfortunately

Perfect fit, Perfect true black color
May 7, 2022I like the 8" rise on the toothpick jean. I find the higher rises on the toothpick do not fit the shape of my body, slender hourglass with small waist. There is less material in the back. I also like the 9" vintage straight. Different leg style are better with different rises. Wider legs tend to look better with higher waists. I have not washed them yet. I am 5'4" barely. I probably will wash inside out in cold water, line dry and finish on low heat in dryer as needed.
