Slim-fit vest in city twill

The quality of this piece blew me away. Dresses up denim in a cool casual kind of way yet so elegant! Love love this vest!

Nice silky material and cute worn as a top. I found it ran a bit big on me . I'm usually a 2-4 and I ordered a 2 in this when I probably should have ordered a 0. I'm 128lbs 5'6" ,34b. Worn as a top it was a bit baggy though the waist and I had to keep adjusting the front of the neckline so my bra wouldn't show . If you're smaller through your upper body I would recommend sizing down.

Nabbed this vest and the coordinating pants on final sale and entirely unsure why they weren’t sold out prior but lucky me! The fabric has a beautiful sheen, good weight without being heavy, and drapes beautifully. I have a larger chest so I had size up as J Crew cuts small in the chest; will need a few darts tailored around the arm sleeves but the sides allow for good adjustment in torso. Truly gorgeous set that can be worn work appropriately or dressed up for evening activities. I also anticipate throwing a blazer over it for that lovely masculine/feminine suiting look in the fall. Highly recommend.
