Fits slightly small based on
9 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers generally liked the trouser’s flattering straight-leg cut and lightweight, comfortable feel, and several found it easy to wear for summer office looks. Fit seems a bit mixed, with some customers saying it runs true to size while others preferred going up a size for a looser or more relaxed look. A few customers noted the fabric can wrinkle easily, so it may be worth planning to steam or dry clean it to keep it looking its best. Overall, it’s a polished, breezy trouser that many customers found stylish and versatile.

Stitching fell apart
September 7, 2022For the price you would think this is a high quality garment. Nope. Became wrinkled right out of the bag and only steam ironing, no direct heat worked to get out some of the wrinkles. The pant leg seam stitching fell apart after 2 wears. Don't even bother washing this. Worn it to church twice light activities. This fabric is a no and looks good in pictures only. Can't return anymore.

Not machine washable
August 12, 2022I absolutely loved these pants when they first arrived. Great fabric and perfect fit (in usual jcrew size) but the fabric was completely ruined when I washed them in cold water on delicate cycle. Yes! Buy them! Just be sure to bring them to the dry cleaners.

Looks like raw silk, dryclean only
July 27, 2022I purchased one size up from the recommendation of true fit due to so many reviews saying the pants were small and caused pocket pop. I am pear shaped and had none of these problems. There is no stretch to the fabric, so if you are more straight or apple shaped through the waist, then you may, indeed, have to go up a size. I, actually, found the pants a bit too large. I should have ordered my regular size 2. The cut seems true to size for me, as the 4 was slightly too big. These sat lower on my waist with a slouchy look. I will probably have them altered. I have the matching blazer and dress in the moss/green color. Both are dryclean only. I think the machine wash instructions on the pants label were added in error. In my experience cupro does not wash well. So slacks should also be drycleaned only. The fabric looks a lot like raw silk. If you want a polished look, this is not it. That said, it's beautiful and very light weight for summer.
