6 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers really like the skirt’s classic pencil shape with the ruffle hem, saying it feels cute, timeless, and fun while still looking polished. The faux-leather fabric is a big hit too, with several customers noting that it looks quality and adds a fresh, edgy feel without being too shiny or plasticky. Fit is mostly described as true to size and comfortable, though one customer suggested sizing up for a better match.

Fun faux leather skirt with fun detailing!
December 5, 2025I bought this last month on sale and love the fit and ruffle detail. The fabric, while clear is not real leather, still looks like quality and not "plastic" looking. I found this skirt to be true to size. The cut of the skirt is classic and the material and ruffle keep it interesting and fun.

Classic Cut w/ Edge
December 3, 2025I sheepishly admit that I had already purchased both wool versions of this skirt, in the plaid and pinstripe which I love. But when I saw the price of this faux leather, although I felt a third in the same style would be excessive, I quickly I caved and am so glad I did. The faux leather adds an entirely new dimension that surprisingly does not exude too much bling which I feared it might as the sheen is offset by the very tailored and classic cut that puts this skirt in an edgy league. All three fabrics fit the exact same -- one full size too small. I am always a size 8 but needed a 10, which fits well. For reference, I am 5;4", 148#, with an athletic build. Such a fun skirt.
