Perfect sweatshirt
February 20, 2022Actually, before wrighting review, I bought all the colors, so that it won't sold out:) I'm very sensitive with materials, and this cotton feels so nice! It's wide, not oversized, and I bought my usual M. I have wide shoulders, and this fit's very nicely. I wanted something that wasn't fitted and overly big, and it's exactly it!

Quality material but a bit short
February 18, 2022Good quality material but I find the sweatshirt to be a bit short. I wouldn’t say it’s cropped (there’s enough cropped tops out there now that I know the difference - and, btw can we please stop with the cropped tops) but it hits me right about at my hips. I prefer my sweatshirts to hang about 2-3 inches longer. I think the bottom of the sweatshirt should hit about halfway down the fly if you’re wearing jeans. With this sweatshirt, I think my stomach may show if I stretch and raise my arms. I like my sweatshirts loose so I ordered a size medium. It’s a little looser than I need it to be (especially since it’s not very long and loose silhouette cut too short makes people look wide) but it may shrink in the dryer. Overall I’m happy with the sweatshirt because I got it on sale and with an extra 50% off the sale price but I wouldn’t buy it at full price. J Crew, please make your sweatshirts a bit longer or at least give a long torso option.
