Puff-sleeve smocked top in white rose dot

I liked this top so much that I purchased it in a different print. This one is great to pair with bright pastel colors. The crop is just the right length not to show too much skin. I like wearing it with high-waisted pants and skirts. The fabric is thin and just slightly sheer. It's not a big deal if you wear a skin-tone bra. The fit is true to size. This is a new summer staple for me. I highly recommend it.
