Pull-on skirt in Ratti® tropical toile linen

I almost didn't keep this skirt. I already have the pants and shirt in the same linen print and figured it was overkill but it's so darn cute and I got it on sale. I have the same style skirt in a plain linen and it's easy to wear, fits most figure types and great for summer, plus it's lined so no slip needed and not see-thru. Haven't worn it yet but know I will because the one I already have gets lot of outings.

This skirt is very nice--fabric, style, fit. It is a little short (I'm 5'4"), but I wear flats and it looks very cute. I wore it with a white linen shirt for a crisp look.

The fabric is a thicker linen, and the vibrant blue and gorgeous print was what caught my eye. It reminded me of a J. Crew Collection silk shirt I bought long ago that is still a favorite (which reminds me, what happened to your old office-ready styles that had quirky fun yet feminine and tasteful prints, in quality fabrics and cuts?) The bad part, which made this become a return, was that it wrinkled and stretched way too much after just 3 hours of wear. It stretched out at least half a size! It started off smart and tailored, but turned into a potato sack skirt. The side pockets gaped after the stretching, the back rounded out, and the wrinkles everywhere! It made me look frumpy and bigger than I really was. I bought the correct size, so it wasn't that the skirt was too tight. I had other linen dresses on the same trip and they did not lose shape/stretch out like this skirt. Sorry, but it was such a disappointment.

I love this skirt. I wore it to work with a white top and a cardigan. Note: I have never been an xxsmall in any j crew clothing and I am in this. My waist is 25-26 inches and I’m 5 ‘4”

love the fabric, not loving the lining--it makes the skirt a bit bulky.
