How are you keeping your employees safe there?We follow the CDC’s guidelines with regular deep cleanings of the facility, and our team wipes down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant. We practice social distancing by reducing the number of people in the facility through shifts and dividing breaks across teams. We maintain six feet between workstations at all times. For any team members who may be sick or feeling ill, we require them to stay home.Should I expect a delay with my order?You may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for the teams in our distribution centers, and this may temporarily slow down processing.Has your return policy changed?Orders placed between May 1st and June 10th will have a 60-day return policy. Orders placed June 10th or later will have our standard 30-day return policy. Please allow additional time for your return to be processed as we have implemented additional precautions in our warehouse to ensure the safety of our team.
